Essex Industries provides complete design through manufacturing services for customers in all key markets.  With our strong engineering focus, we have built our business on taking a requirement, a problem or concept and turning it into a product.

Essex engineering utilizes the most advanced solid modeling, surfacing, computational strength, vibration, fatigue and thermal science techniques as well as state-of-the-art technical data management.

With over 120 years of combined staff experience, Engineering at Essex excels at both New Product Development and Engineered to Order projects where products are developed to meet a customer's specific application or list of requirements.

Essex Engineering utilizes advanced programs such as SolidWorks, FeatureWorks, PhotoWorks, Product Animator and Modo 601.  SLAlike rapid prototype capabilities provide 3D scanning and printing for new designs.  

In-house testing capabilities include high pressure oxygen to 6000 psig, high pressure nitrogen to 3000 psig, electrical testing, fuel testing, hydraulic testing (MIL-H-5606, Skydrol, MIL-H-7808) as well as an oxygen cleanroom assembly and test facility.

Essex Industries products are engineered to meet or exceed the requirements of a variety of certification agencies.
