Wall Outlet – Air

The Air Gas Delivery System provides supplemental air and prescribed flow rates to patients in multiple healthcare settings, i.e. hospitals; air ambulances, etc. It is designed to be installed into a gaseous air supply system with an inlet pressure of 50 psi. The Air Gas Delivery System will provide controlled flow rates of 0.25 to 25 LPM. Multiple Outlet Fitting options are available based on operator preference and market or regional connection standards.

Wall Outlet – Oxygen

The Oxygen Gas Delivery System provides supplemental oxygen and prescribed flow rates to patients in multiple healthcare settings, i.e. hospitals; air ambulances, etc. It is designed to be installed into a gaseous oxygen supply system with an inlet pressure of 50 psi. The Oxygen Gas Delivery System will provide controlled flow rates of 0.25 to 25 LPM. Multiple Outlet Fitting options are available based on operator preference and market or regional connection standards.

10 LITER LOX READY TO INSTALL (RTI)

The 10 Liter LOX Ready to Install (RTI) system supplies oxygen to medevac patients.  It provides a safe, compact and lightweight means of storing gaseous oxygen.  The RTI consists of a 10 liter LOX converter with a heat exchanger and regulator mounted inside a sheet metal enclosure.  This configuration allows installation of the equipment on the aircraft without the expense of a costly retrofit.

The 10 Liter LOX Converter within the RTI supplies up to 8,600 gaseous liters of oxygen at 70 psig.  It is designed to MIL-DTL-19803 and tested to MIL-STD-810.  The 10 Liter LOX RTI weighs approximately 50 pounds empty and 75 pounds when full.   The enclosure mounts with four aircraft seat track fittings.

PURGE KIT

The Purge Kit removes moisture from cryogenic vessels, system lines, valves and their components when coupled with an adequate supply of pure gaseous nitrogen, oxygen or air.  The kit includes a heater assembly, power cord, 4′ flexible hose, 1′ flexible hose and filler valve adapter.  The Purge Kit may be used on any Essex LOX systems if/when they require purging.

MOUNTED MEDICAL OXYGEN SYSTEM (MMOS)

MOUNTED MEDICAL OXYGEN SYSTEM (MMOS)

The Mounted Medical Oxygen System (MMOS) is a low pressure, portable 4.0 liter liquid oxygen storage and gaseous delivery system, capable of supplying up to 3440 gaseous liters of oxygen at a maximum flow rate of 30 liters per minute at 50 psig.  Two built-in flow control valves deliver oxygen to a patient at flow rates from 0.5 to 15 liters per minute.  Two accessory ports can supply 50 psi of oxygen to other medical devices or to oxygen regulators for additional patients.  The MMOS has been successfully tested to work in tandem with commonly used ventilators.  Weighing just 35 pounds when full, the MMOS is easily carried by ground support personnel and can also be mounted in an aircraft, helicopter or ground vehicle.  The MMOS requires no external power and uses just one 9-Volt battery for the quantity indicator.  The system has been tested to MIL-STD-810 and has FDA Life Support device 510(k) number K113767.

The BMOS-FS Hose Kit connects the MMOS to the BMOS-FS for refilling.

LOX HEAT EXCHANGER

A LOX Heat Exchanger warms incoming gaseous or liquid oxygen within 20 degrees of the ambient temperature prior to delivery to a pilot, aircraft crew or medical patient for breathing.  A variety of sizes and configurations are available.

LOX FILL HARNESS KIT

The LOX Fill Harness Kit connects a Liquid Oxygen Cylinder (VGL) with a LOX converter or system for filling.  The kit includes a relief valve, manual vent valve, CRU-50 LOX filler valve and hose assembly in either a 10′ or 15′ length.

BACKPACK MEDICAL OXYGEN SYSTEM (BMOS)

BACKPACK MEDICAL OXYGEN SYSTEM (BMOS)

The Backpack Medical Oxygen System (BMOS) is a low pressure, portable 2.0 liter liquid oxygen storage and gaseous delivery system, capable of supplying up to 1720 gaseous liters of oxygen at a maximum flow rate of 15 liters per minute at 50 psig.  A built-in flow control valve delivers oxygen to a single patient at flow rates from 0.5 to 15 liters per minute.  A secondary accessory port can supply 50 psi of oxygen to other medical devices or to an oxygen regulator for a second patient.  The BMOS has been successfully tested to work in tandem with commonly used ventilators.  Weighing just 19 pounds when full, the BMOS can be carried or worn by parachutists and ground support personnel.  The BMOS requires no external power and uses just six AA-batteries for the quantity indicator.  The system has been tested to MIL-STD-810.
