10 LITER LOX READY TO INSTALL (RTI)

The 10 Liter LOX Ready to Install (RTI) system supplies oxygen to medevac patients.  It provides a safe, compact and lightweight means of storing gaseous oxygen.  The RTI consists of a 10 liter LOX converter with a heat exchanger and regulator mounted inside a sheet metal enclosure.  This configuration allows installation of the equipment on the aircraft without the expense of a costly retrofit.

The 10 Liter LOX Converter within the RTI supplies up to 8,600 gaseous liters of oxygen at 70 psig.  It is designed to MIL-DTL-19803 and tested to MIL-STD-810.  The 10 Liter LOX RTI weighs approximately 50 pounds empty and 75 pounds when full.   The enclosure mounts with four aircraft seat track fittings.

CRYOGENIC HIGH PRESSURE CLOSING VALVE

Cryogenic High Pressure Closing Valves are designed for use on Air Force and Navy liquid oxygen converters as well as other cryogenics systems with operating pressures of less than 300 PSIG.  The pressure closing valve allows the cryogenic system to maintain operating pressure while in use.

CRYOGENIC LOW PRESSURE CLOSING VALVE

Cryogenic Low Pressure Closing Valves are designed for use on Air Force and Navy liquid oxygen converters as well as other cryogenics systems with operating pressures of less than 130 PSIG.  The pressure closing valve allows the cryogenic system to maintain operating pressure while in use.

LOX DRAIN VALVES

LOX Drain Valves are designed for use with the Air Force and Navy liquid oxygen converters.  The drain valve allows the LOX system on-board an aircraft to be completely drained.

LOX QUICK DISCONNECT COUPLING

The LOX Quick Disconnect Coupling allows for the rapid disconnect and connection of aircraft LOX converters to enable servicing.  This self-sealing coupling is designed in accordance with MIL-C-21049.

GASEOUS OXYGEN QUICK DISCONNECT COUPLING

The Gaseous Oxygen Quick Disconnect Coupling allows for the rapid disconnect and connection of aircraft LOX converters to enable servicing.  This coupling is designed in accordance with MIL-C-21049.

75 LITER LOX CONVERTER (FIXED INSTALLATION)

The 75 Liter LOX Converter supplies up to 64,500 gaseous liters of oxygen to a aircraft pilot and crew at 300 to 380 psig. This base-mounted, compact converter weighs approximately 85 pounds empty and 275 pounds full. An interface panel connects all the necessary external plumbing, including the fill/combo valve, heat exchanger, overboard vent and LOX quantity gauge. The converter is designed to MIL-DTL-25666/6 and tested to MIL-STD-810.
