C-17 CONTROL STICK GRIP

The C-17 Control Stick Grip, part of the fly-by-wire system, is the main pilot/aircraft interface for flight, avionic and defensive systems. Manufactured of precision cast aluminum, this grip is resistant to environmental conditions per MIL-STD-810. The stick grip provides a variety of single and multi-function switch assemblies for aircraft trim control, communications, display management and nosewheel steering.  A mirror image of the stick for the copilot is also available.

C-130J CONTROL WHEEL

The C-130J Control Wheel is the main pilot/aircraft interface for flight control, avionics and defensive systems. The control wheel contains a force transducer as well as several single and multi-function switches for display cursor control, communications, pitch trim, auto-pilot disconnect, countermeasures, HUD declutter and auxiliary functions.  Our unique design allows removal and replacement of the control wheel in just minutes.

BATTLEFIELD OXYGEN SUSTAINMENT SYSTEM (BOSS)

The Battlefield Oxygen Sustainment System (BOSS) was designed for the United States Air Force Special Operations to generate, store, fill and deploy LOX.  Currently, the BOSS features four Essex Products, which are also available separately: The Oxygen Generator and Liquefier (OGL); the Backpack Medical Oxygen System Filling Station (BMOS-FS); the Mounted Medical Oxygen System (MMOS); and the Backpack Medical Oxygen System (BMOS).

The BMOS-FS Hose Kit connects the MMOS to the BMOS-FS for refilling.

Applications include Medevac fixed wing, rotary wing and ground transport, as well as parachutist and ground evacuation.

BACKPACK MEDICAL OXYGEN SYSTEM FILLING STATION HOSE KIT (BMOS-FS HOSE KIT)

The Backpack Medical Oxygen System Filling Station Hose Kit connects the MMOS to the BMOS-FS for refilling.  The kit includes a relief valve, burst disc, CRU-50 LOX filler valve and CRU-59 LOX filler valve attached to a 4′ cryogenic transfer hose. Items are packaged in a protective storage case.

NEXT GENERATION PORTABLE THERAPEUTIC LOX SYSTEM (NPTLOX)

The Next Generation Portable Therapeutic Liquid Oxygen System (NPTLOX) is a low pressure portable 20.0 liter liquid oxygen storage and gaseous delivery system, capable of supplying up to 17,200 gaseous liters of oxygen at a maximum flow rate of 66 liters per minute at 50 psig. The unit features six quick disconnect outlet ports and comes with an accessory kit containing three 20 foot medical grade hoses, three flow control valves, three humidifier bottles, and three quick disconnect adapters. With six flow control valves attached, it can deliver oxygen to six patients at flow rates from .5 to 15 liters per minute. The quick disconnect outlet ports can also supply 50 psi of oxygen to other medical devices or to oxygen regulators for additional patients. The NPTLOX has been successfully tested to work in tandem with commonly used ventilators. Weighing 155 pounds when full, the NPTLOX can be carried by two ground support personnel using the four-position locking handles. It can also be mounted in an aircraft. The NPTLOX requires no external power and uses just two 9-Volt batteries for the quantity indicator. The system has been tested to MIL-STD-810.
